Overview:
The ERP Project Manager will lead the implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and
will work closely with internal stakeholders, users, and external partners to ensure the successful deployment
of the ERP solution across our organization. Additionally, the ERP Project Manager will be responsible for
supporting the application post-implementation and becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP
system as well as providing support in other IT areas.
Key Deliverables:
1. Lead the selection and end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, including planning, scoping, scheduling, and
execution of project activities.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to gather requirements, define project objectives, and
establish success criteria for projects.
3. Ensures project timelines and budgets are achieved and holds team members accountable for meeting project
milestones.
4. Supports the users of the new ERP as the subject matter expert and resolves their issues.
5. Manages other IT projects and assists with support for applications, hardware, networking, telephony, business
intelligence and data management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain project plans and resource allocations to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of the ERP
implementation.
2. Work closely with the ERP vendor to configure the system to meet the specific needs of the business units.
3. Evaluate user requirements vs. system capabilities and implement a system based on best practices and utilize
persuasive communication to gain consensus.
4. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions with team members; proactively communicates
with management on schedules, delays and work changes.
5. Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigating potential challenges.
6. Provide ongoing primary support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users post-implementation, ensuring smooth
operation of the ERP system and staying up-to-date on new features and functionality.
7. Manage the planning, development and integration of other IT projects.
8. Trains users on new and upgraded systems and capabilities.

Competencies:
1. Proven experience leading successful ERP implementation projects, preferably in the manufacturing sector with
multi-entity companies. Construction and/or mining experience would be a plus.
2. Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and integrated solutions, with expertise in at least one major ERP
platform (e.g., D365).
3. Deep understanding of business process such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report activities,
their relationships, interdependencies and best practices.
4. Experience providing system support to business users and stakeholders.

5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, track progress, and manage
teams and stakeholders effectively.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
7. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying root causes and developing
pragmatic solutions.
8. Organized with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
9. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. A degree in computer science, business or a related field preferred. PMP certification would be a plus.
2. Proven successful track record in ERP implementations and project management including relevant skills.
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Position Type, Location, Work Environment, Expected Hours of Work, Travel and Misc. Requirements:
This is an exempt, full-time position, typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40-45 hours
per week, with occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed. This position is on-site in our St. Louis, Missouri
office and occasional overnight travel in the U.S. is required. This role utilizes a variety of office equipment such as
computers, copier and phone as well as the suite of Microsoft 365 products Employee reimbursement is allowed for
approved company expenses per policy. Must be authorized to be employed in the United States Must complete a
baseline pre-employment medical examination, and have acceptable results from background check and
substance-abuse screening.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met to perform the responsibilities of this job. The
team member is required to communicate verbally and in writing, stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as well as lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Travel
